Delivery / Return.

Preparation of commands.

The LuneNoire maison takes the greatest care in preparing your orders.

We need 1 to 2 working days maximum, following your online purchase, to prepare your order (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not taken into account, excluding pre-orders and unless otherwise notified).

If you order pre-order products, you agree that these products will be shipped with a longer delay. In addition, the delivery time communicated on the site is indicative and may change.

Delivery times for France.

1st option: You choose delivery to a Point Relais.

Delivery will be made within 24-48 hours from dispatch with variations in the following cases:
– If you place your order from Monday to Wednesday evening – you will potentially receive your order between Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon.
– If you place your order from Thursday to Sunday evening – you will potentially receive your order between Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon of the following week.

2nd option: You choose Home delivery.

When you place your order, it will take approximately 2 to 3 business days to receive your package from dispatch.

3rd option: You choose Express Home delivery.
When you order, it will take approximately 1 business day to receive your package from dispatch (maximum 3 business days after your purchase).

Maison LuneNoire recommends that you opt for delivery to a relay point. This leads to less unforeseen delivery, loss or theft and better follow-up.

Delivery times for Europe.

Maison LuneNoire will not be able to confirm delivery times for European countries. Indeed, delivery times in Europe are not guaranteed by carriers.

Depending on the country of delivery:

Delivery to Point Relais: 2 to 4 days from dispatch.

Home delivery: 2 to 4 days, before 7 p.m., from dispatch.

If delivery is not possible, the package will be held in a depot.

On the other hand, please take into consideration that shipping times, as well as delivery times, may be extended during sales, holidays, promotions and pre-orders.
It also depends on your choice of relay point and their opening hours.

Cost of delivery in mainland France.

The LuneNoire house offers delivery in France from 70 Euros including tax of purchase on our site.

For orders of less than € 70 purchase, the delivery costs are as follows:

DELIVERY TO RELAY POINT

Delivery to a Point Relais is made within 24 to 48 hours, from the date of shipment (mainland France excluding Corsica):
Free from 70 of purchase (6 € below this amount).
The package remains for 7 days at the arrival relay point. If it is not collected on time, the package will be returned to us.

.HOME DELIVERY

Home delivery within 48 / 72h, from the date of dispatch:
Free from € 70 of purchase (€ 9 including tax below € 70 of purchase).
In the event that delivery is not possible, the package is placed in the post office or Point Relais.

.EXPRESS DELIVERY

Home delivery within 24 hours before 6 p.m., from the date of dispatch (Mainland France excluding Corsica): € 15 incl.
Delivery is against signature within an announced 2-hour window (several redistribution options are available).
In the event that delivery is not possible, the package is placed in the post office or Point Relais.

For a shipment to Corsica, please select in the “country” tab: “Corsica” and not “France”, supplements are applied by some carriers.
Please note that the deadlines may be extended for Corsica.

Cost of delivery in Europe.

The LuneNoire maison offers delivery in Europe for purchases of 150 Euros including tax on our site.

For orders of less than € 150 including VAT, the delivery costs are as follows:

Delivery times in Europe are not guaranteed by the carriers.

.RELAY POINT

Depending on the country of delivery:
Delivery to a relay point in 2 to 4 days from dispatch:
Free from 150 € TTC purchase for some countries (15 € below this amount)

.HOME

Depending on the country of delivery:
Home delivery in 2 to 4 days, before 7 p.m., from dispatch:
Available from € 300 for certain countries (€ 21 below this amount).
If delivery is not possible, the package is held in a depot.

DELIVERY IN SWITZERLAND

Delivery in Switzerland is made only via FEDEX at 25 € for all products except the Home yoga mat.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE EUROPE & IN DOM / TOM NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT

.TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Any Order placed on the LuneNoire.com site and delivered outside of France is likely to be subject to taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.

These possible taxes are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer and are his sole and unique responsibility. Customs charges and other taxes must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.

As the LuneNoire.com online store is not required to check and inform each Customer of any applicable taxes, it is the Customer’s responsibility to inquire with the competent authorities of the country of destination.

Delivery of pre-order products.

Delivery of pre-order products and products in stock:

Products that are not on pre-order (therefore available in stock) and ordered with pre-order products will be shipped at the same time as the latter.
If you wish to receive these products before then we invite you to place a second order separately.

Variation of delivery times.

Order preparation times as well as delivery times may vary during sales, promotions, holidays, pre-orders, pandemics, strikes.
Our house cannot be held responsible for incorrect lead time information when ordering.
When products are on pre-order, the LuneNoire maison requires a certain time to produce, control and test them. The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page on our site. The deadlines can also be longer at this time.

Delivery times at a relay point in France are not guaranteed by the carriers.
Delivery times in Europe are not guaranteed by the carriers.

Order tracking.

As soon as your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive an email “in progress” and you can then track your order with the tracking number of the package accessible in “History and details of my orders” the “My account” section on our site.

You can also access the tracking of your order at any time and download your invoice in the same place.

If you have not created a customer account when ordering, you can track your order in the “Guest tracking” section of our site.

Delivery problem.

As soon as your order is confirmed and prepared, it is transmitted to external carriers.
Delivery uncertainties may occur, so we ensure daily delivery monitoring via our delivery platform.

If we detect an anomaly with your order, we will open an investigation in order to know the position of the package more precisely and we will contact you if necessary.

If your package is more than 3 days late, we invite you to contact us at contact@lunenoire.fr so that we can help you receive your order as soon as possible.

Product return.

You have received your LuneNoire products but they do not suit you? No worries !
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the product concerned to us if and only if you have not used it.
The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, without signs of wear, with labels, cards, instructions or gifts, accompanied by the return slip.

Return costs are your responsibility.

Steps to follow :

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to the “order history” page.
  • click on the order containing the product (s) to be returned.
  • Click on “detail”
  • Check the box for the product (s) concerned.
  • Click on “generate a return” and indicate the reason for this return
  • You can download and print the return slip to slip into your package in your account in the “my merchandise returns” tab
  • The return is at the risk of the Customer.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.

A product initially purchased on promotion (with or without a promo code) or on sale cannot be the subject of a free exchange. You will have to return the product to us at your expense and place a new order with the credit note / promo code received.

Return management timeframe.

Once your package has been received at our premises, we do our best to process the returned items within 3 working days.
During sales and holidays, these deadlines may be longer.
Please note that these times do not include delivery to and from our premises.

Delivery outside Europe.

We deliver via the LuneNoire.com site in the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

For the moment, we do not offer automated delivery outside of Europe (or DOM / TOM) via our site.
