General Conditions of Sale of the LuneNoire.com site
These general conditions of sale govern all relations between the company RITUALIST, a company registered in the Trade Register and of the Paris Companies under the registration number 881 603 039 whose registered office is: 231 rue Saint-Honoré 75001 Paris -, VAT number FR48881603039, hereinafter “RITUALIST”, and the customers of the site www.lunenoire. com.

L The general conditions of sale are applicable to all use of the site and to all orders made from the site. they are communicated to customers when placing an order and are available to users at any time from the site. Definitions:
- GCS designate these general conditions of sale detailing the conditions of use of the site and the methods of placing orders;

Article 1: Special conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale stated on this screen (name, price, quantity, color, particularities of the products, cost of services) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
Item 2: Order validity

Item 3: Order registration and confirmation
RITUALIST confirms the receipt of an order by an email entitled” Receipt of your order by LuneNoire “.
The sale will however only be concluded upon confirmation of the order by RITUALIST, in an email entitled “Shipping your order”, which will be sent to customer no later than three working days after registration of the order.
RITUALIST reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, relating in particular to the availability of products, a problem concerning the order received, an abnormal order, a foreseeable problem concerning the delivery to be made, or a dispute relating to a previous order. In this case, RITUALIST will inform the customer no later than 5 working days after registration of the order, and will refund the customer without delay.
If one of the products in an order is unavailable, the rest of the order is shipped.
Item 4: Price
RITUALIST se reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated when the order is placed, subject to their availability on that date.
Article 5: Terms of payment and security
Payment is made by credit card on a secure bank server.
Credit card details are encrypted using SSL protocol ( Secure Socket Layer) and never pass in clear on the network. Payment is made directly to our banking partner. Article 6: Retention of title
The products remain the property of RITUALIST until full payment of the order.
Article 7: Terms and delivery times
A maximum period of 4 working days after the registration of the order may be necessary to ship the order, excluding sales and special operations. The ordered product is dispatched by the postal circuit, by colissimo followed or by UPS, to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Deliveries in Corsica are not carried out only by Colissimo.
The customer has 14 days to withdraw.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal
A “Return Request” which details the procedure to follow for returning products, is delivered with each order.
The customer has a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of his order to return the delivered products to RITUALIST, provided that these these are returned in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the “Return request” duly completed. In no case must the objects have been used or opened. If this period of 14 clear days normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. Returns are free in France from € 65 of purchases, and in Europe from € 99 of purchases .

Sale or discount items may be credited. In France, in the event of withdrawal, RITUALIST will reimburse the shipping costs of the products, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Abroad, the shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 10: Intellectual property
